60-minute in-home sessions

  • Prenatal yoga is an incredible tool for maintaining a healthy, comfortable, and empowered pregnancy.

  • Moving through a yoga practice with your partner is a powerful way to bond with your partner, and help both parties physically and mentally prepare for birth.

  • Postpartum yoga can be an integral tool for healing the body and mind after the incredible experience of pregnancy and birth; baby is welcome to join, or spend time with another caregiver! As a certified postpartum doula, Rachel is equipped to mindfully curate these sessions from day 1 postpartum on! No need to wait for the arbitrary 6-week check up; we start slowly with gentle movement and breath and work our way up.

Your first session will always include an extra 30 minutes for introductions, setting up the space, and discussing your goals. After your first session, you can choose to schedule future sessions and put your initial payment toward a pack of 5, 10 or 15 sessions!
