My background isn't typical for a placement service — and that's exactly the point.

With years of experience running a full-time nanny-share, nannying for multiple families part-time, a career as a former preschool teacher, and now working as a postpartum doula, I bring a rare depth of understanding to every match I make. Just as importantly, I’ve built an extensive and continually growing network of trusted caregivers and nannies throughout the Denver area, giving families access to exceptional candidates they may never find through traditional job boards alone.

I know what it looks like when a caregiver truly clicks with a family because I’ve lived it from every angle. That experience means I ask better questions, catch what others miss, and place families with confidence — not guesswork. The Consultation$150 Not sure where to start? This one-time 60min call is for families who want expert guidance but are ready to take it from there themselves. We'll talk through what you're looking for in a caregiver, how to structure the search, what to look for in candidates, and what questions to ask. You'll leave with a clear roadmap and the confidence to move forward on your own.

The Search Partner$350 You're doing the hiring, but you don't have to figure it out alone. Over three 60min calls, I'll help you build out your search profiles and job postings, define your must-haves, and review candidates alongside you. You'll get guidance on how to evaluate applicants and what red flags to watch for — so by the time you're ready to interview, you're set up for success.

The Concierge$750 + placement fee upon hire From search to start date, I handle it all. I'll post and manage your listing, screen and vet candidates, conduct interviews, and present you with my top recommendations. Once you've found your person, I'll help you draft a work agreement, walk you through payroll setup, and make sure the employment side of the relationship is solid from day one. All you have to do is say yes.
